This website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request headers, security events, and performance logs to deliver and protect the site.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurement without marketing cookies. It records a limited set of first-party interactions—waitlist links, form starts and outcomes, credential-verification links, and email links—using only the event name, page path, and site host. These counters do not receive form values, contact details, health information, advertising identifiers, or behavioural profiles.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is enabled by default on this website unless you decline it through “Cookie preferences” or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. No opt-in banner appears automatically. Google uses first-party cookies to measure visits and a small set of enquiry actions, such as a successful waitlist submission. Cradle Therapy does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form values, health information, specific page titles, treatment-page paths, URL queries, or referring URLs to Google Analytics. Page views are grouped under a generic website label.
Analytics is not used for advertising or remarketing. Google may process technical information, cookie identifiers, and usage data outside Canada. Event-level retention is set to two months. You can use the website and waitlist without optional analytics.
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. Declining stops future measurement and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site sets; it does not automatically delete data already processed by Google. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. A browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off.
Waitlist + email
The waitlist asks for your name and email address, with a phone number optional. Cradle Therapy uses this information to contact you about consultation availability and related questions.
Submissions are validated and protected from automated abuse through Cloudflare. The form sends a private administrative notification to Mügé’s Microsoft Outlook inbox and does not create a clinical record. The public muge@cradletherapy.ca address is forwarded through Cloudflare to the same inbox.
Cloudflare and Microsoft may process information in the locations where they operate, including outside Canada. Cradle Therapy does not sell waitlist information, use it for advertising, or ask for diagnoses, symptoms, trauma histories, crisis information, or other clinical details.
Waitlist contact details are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion or a legal retention obligation requires otherwise. Joining the waitlist does not create a clinical record or enrol you in marketing emails.
Maternal wellbeing check-in + newsletter
The maternal wellbeing check-in is an educational self-reflection, not clinical intake, a diagnostic test, or a crisis service. Your answers and result themes stay in your browser while the page is open. They are not sent to Cradle Therapy, the newsletter provider, analytics services, or any other server, and they are not saved in local browser storage.
When newsletter signup opens, the separate subscription form will send only your email address and a dated record of your consent to Cradle Therapy’s HighLevel account. It will not send or link your check-in answers or result themes. HighLevel will store the subscription record and deliver emails on Cradle Therapy’s behalf.
Newsletter subscription is optional and is not required to view results, join the waitlist, or access services. Each marketing email identifies Cradle Therapy and includes an unsubscribe method. You may withdraw consent at any time through that link or by emailing muge@cradletherapy.ca.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing muge@cradletherapy.ca. Withdrawal does not affect information that had to be retained before the request was received.
Clinical systems + records
The website form is not a clinical intake system. Before counselling, you receive separate information about appointment and record systems, confidentiality and its limits, record retention, and how to request access to your information.
Email and online forms are not suitable for urgent or sensitive clinical information. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, trauma histories, or emergency details through these channels.
