This is a static website hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request headers, security events, and performance logs to deliver and protect the site.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurement without marketing cookies. It also counts a limited set of first-party interactions—waitlist links, form starts and outcomes, credential-verification links, and email links—using only the event name, page path, and site host. These counters do not receive form values, contact details, health information, advertising identifiers, or behavioural profiles.
Opening waitlist
The waitlist asks for your name and email address, with a phone number optional. Cradle Therapy uses this information only to contact you about opening and consultation availability.
Submissions are validated and protected from automated abuse through Cloudflare. The form sends a private administrative notification to Müge’s Microsoft Outlook inbox and does not create a clinical record. The public muge@cradletherapy.ca address is forwarded through WHC to the same inbox.
Cloudflare, WHC, and Microsoft may process information in the locations where they operate. Cradle Therapy does not sell waitlist information, use it for advertising, or ask for diagnoses, symptoms, trauma histories, crisis information, or other clinical details.
Waitlist information is scheduled for deletion no later than 12 months after submission unless you ask for earlier deletion or a different legal retention obligation applies after you become a client.
Your choices
Joining is optional. You may withdraw your consent, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing muge@cradletherapy.ca. Withdrawal does not affect information that had to be retained before the request was received.
Clinical systems + records
The booking platform, video provider, payment processor, record-storage system, retention schedule, breach process, and privacy contact have not yet been selected or confirmed. Full informed-consent and privacy notices will name those systems before services begin.
