Extended-health benefits
Many employer and private extended-health plans may reimburse counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker. Every plan is different.
Before booking, ask your insurer whether services from an RSW are covered, whether a referral is required, what annual limit applies, and what information must appear on the receipt. Cradle Therapy cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Receipts + direct billing
Receipt timing and format will be confirmed before opening. Direct billing should not be assumed unless it is explicitly added here after operational testing.
