Your session
A 50-minute individual session with Mügé Tiritoğlu, RSW, costs $150 CAD. Counselling is online for adults physically located in British Columbia. The listed price includes any applicable tax.
When consultation space is available, you can book a free 15-minute conversation to ask about fit, approach, and process. It is not a counselling session.
Joining the waitlist is free and lets you hear when consultation space becomes available.
Payment + receipts
Payment is due at the time of your session. Before your first appointment, you receive payment instructions. Your itemized receipt includes the service date, fee, payment, and Mügé’s professional registration details.
Cradle Therapy does not currently offer direct billing. If your plan includes eligible RSW counselling, submit your receipt directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
Will my plan cover it?
Many extended-health plans reimburse counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker. Coverage varies by plan, so confirm your benefits before your first session.
Mügé is registered with the British Columbia College of Social Workers, registration #16633, and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from UBC.
For example: 80% of an eligible $150 session is $120, leaving $30 for you. This assumes enough benefits remain and no deductible or other limit applies. It is an illustration, not a coverage quote.
Changing your appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation or missed appointment may be charged up to the agreed session fee. If illness or an unexpected family situation gets in the way, contact Mügé as soon as you can.
Cancellation and missed-appointment charges are not counselling sessions and are not submitted to insurers. The policy is reviewed before your first appointment.
